Established in 2010 as a gluten-free ingredient manufacturer, Western Foods has proudly stood on the shoulders of giants, tracing our roots back to 1935 when Otto Kruse founded O.H. Kruse Milling. Today, his grandson, Kevin Kruse, leads us as Executive Chairman, upholding a legacy of quality and commitment.
